Thank you so much! ... :D Winnie is doing so well, she's such a sweetie pie! She sat on the couch this morning with Tiffany and me and watched Spongebob. :D Oh, and it turns out that she has an incredibly beautiful voice! Even when she's annoyed, her chirps are so melodious! :D Peepsie, Fiyero, and Mickey are all doing wonderful. :D Peepsie is still madly in love with Mickey and they do everything together. :D And Fiyero is still very fond of his reflection and sings to it all day. :D Aww, thank you so much! :D And, as always, I loved your company and the company of your many beautiful birds! :D It was so exciting to see that baby bird hatch! :D I just wanted to thank all of you for my budgie babies. All four of them! :D They are so precious, and mean so much to me. Thank you!!! :D

"Thanks Keely! We're amazed how quickly "Piccolo" (pronounced "Peekolo" or "little one" in Italian) is adapting to us & his new... cage. He already is eating both millet spray & seeds, is "stepping up" on our fingers, is actively exploring his cage and tonight even let me "scratch" his neck and head with one of the primary feathers you clipped (he clearly enjoyed it!)...all in just our first two days!! We are carrying his cage carefully into each room of the house, to keep him near us but also to familiarize him with the house (and help him bond to his cage and to us as his most safe/unchanging refuge), as well as to prepare him to feel safe exploring & eventually flying freely in the house. We are talking (and singing to him) constantly! We are truly impressed with the care & love you & Linda take in breeding, rearing and "hand" acclimating your Budgies!"

8/19/10, From Polly and Katie Ann Franklin 2 Month Old Male & 4 month Old Male

"Keely- You have no idea how much these... mean to me and my family. The birds ("Claude" and "Monet" because they look like impressionist paintings) have adjusted so well and are developing the cutest personalities. We have them out all of the time and they truly seem to love it and really respond to all of the attention they get. How fantastic it is to see... the loving care you offer each little baby. You ladies are a delight and very special. Thank you, thank you, thank you, once again. Polly and Katie Ann Franklin"

"I wanted to give you an update on Budgie 345 (now called Peeps aka Peepsqueak), the little yellow recessive pied male that I brought home a month ago. He's had quite an eventful month!... He has since been introduced into the rest of the flock without incident and seems to be pretty thrilled to have friends to play with again. Peeps has quite the personality, and I think he's well on his way to becoming the dominant male of my little mini-flock in spite of being the newbie. He has the most unique peep (he sounds like a rubber ducky and looks like one too!) and is absolutely adorable. Although I think he's naturally a bit of a scaredy-bird, he took really well to hand training and is stepping up like a pro. He also taught all of my other birds(who have been notoriously picky about their food) to eat their veggies. They are all crazy about peas, corn, and broccoli now and even bicker about who gets to sit on the veggie cup. Peeps has been a great addition to the family. Thanks for such a great keet!"

4/24/10, From Wendy and Family 4 Month Old Female & 3 Month Old Male

"...wanted to let you know that the little girl and boy we bought today are doing great. The little girl is more nervouse, but did sit on my hand and crawl on my arm. The little boy, our quick last choice is perfect. We're a perfect match. When putting his toys in he flew out, when I got him he just sat on my finger, and has been on my shoulder ever since. Crawls in my hair when he gets nervouse, but doesn't get upset...."

"...The kids are having a good time with them.(The Birds) They sit briefly on their finger but wont stay put yet. They seem relaxed and we just work with them each day. The kids named them Sparkles and Rocket. Will take a pic with them sitting on their finger once we get to that point... Thanks!"

7/9/09, From April and Family 2 Month Old Male & 5 Month Old Male

"...Great little business, can tell your so passionate about them.(the birds) Our little new additions to the family are doing just great, I really think it was a good idea to come back and get the friend. I love to spend time trying to train them and cuddle, I get more comfortable with them every time I handle them. I earned "mango's"(the green/yellow) trust very quickly by day two he was "stepping up" on to my finger. Now today I have got the blue one (Elvis) is doing the same thing, he even stayed on my finger and I took him out of the cage...

Now it's been a few days I'm cuddling with Elvis, he sits on my shoulder, climbs up my arm, Mango is a little more spazy, Elvis plays on his gym outside the cage and steps up onto my finger and holds on for dear life. It's funny how much more he trusts me than Mango now. This morning Elvis was starting to mimic me when I whistle.... ...I'm working on them to do the "wave" as their 1st trick. Really I just love cuddling and enjoying them.... Bonding with these feathered friends is so rewarding and fun! ------------------April-------------------"

2/28/09, From Tabitha and Family 1 Month Old Female

"... She has already bonded with my daughter! She is such a sweetheart! We named her 'Honey Dew'. She already gives kisses, stays on shoulder, perches on her finger. She has not bitten Anastasia once! She was nervous at first about getting in bed, she wanted to stay with Anastasia, she is so attached already! But after a few minutes of cuddling her in her bed she was cozy enough for us to hook the bed to the inside of the cage. She fell asleep right away, she was so cute... Thank You!"

2/7/09, From Eline, Charles and Peppy 2 Month Old Female

"...how pleased we are with her, she has the run of the family room, is out of the cage more than she's in, she is so friendly.... She says 'Pretty, Pretty Bird' and whistles...."

2/5/09, From Kelly and Family 5 Month Old Female

"... BB (Baby Blue) is doing great, she has settled in nicely. She is already becoming more friendly and will let me hold and pet her with only the occasional nip at a finger. So thank you again, it was very nice to meet you and your family."

2/4/09, From Beth and Family 2 Baby Boy Budgies

"Eliot and Nathan are doing great! They come out every day and help us fix breakfast.... They are also little eating machines! So far, sweet potato and bananas are their favorites... We couldn't be happier with the little widgets!"

2/3/09, From Andy 2 Month Old Budgie

""Ted" is getting a little bit hand trained, he's not afraid of me but I think he is kind of annoyed by having to hop onto my finger. He's also really hyperactive, always trying to escape his quarantine cage. It's better than being lethargic though! He's a good bird."

1/5/09, From Bryan and Family 4 Month Old Female

"We are really enjoying the bird and Maddy named her TT (Tiny Tweety)"

12/25/08, From Uwe and Family 2 Young Female Budgies

"...Emma and Sky are doing great, they are singing and playing a lot, only the first day they were quite, but now they are getting used to us and themselves. Thanks again..."

Real replies, from real Budgie Owners that have adopted budgerigars from Keely's Keets Aviary, that have graciously allowed us to quote them.

The ages of the birds are how old they were when the family adopted them. The date is when the feed back was given.
